SCHEDULING TOURS

The museum offers docent tours Tuesday through Saturday at 10:00am, 11:00am, 1:00pm and 2:00pm. You can request a tour of the permanent collection or a specific current exhibit. Please consult this website for content and run times of exhibits. We must receive your request at least 3 weeks prior to the date of your tour and we require a 50% deposit no later than 7 business days after your having requested a tour. Please call 213-744-2084 to arrange your program.

Fee - Our museum is free to the public, but docent led tours are $2.00 for students under 17 and $3.00 for adults.

Group Size - Docent led tours require a minimum of 10 persons. Larger groups will be divided and assigned individual guides

Length - Generally tours last 45 to 60 minutes, but length is determined by the age of the visitors.

Confirmation - After our tour coordinator has received your deposit, you will receive a written confirmation. Please present the confirmation to the attendant at the Information Desk when you arrive. Because of scheduling, a group arriving late cannot be given a full tour.

Self-Guided Visits - Of course, we do not charge for a group self-guided visit but request that you reserve a time slot so that you are easily accommodated.
